The manufacturing base of BNK spreads across four units in Pondicherry & Tamil Nadu, out of which Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3 is located at Pondicherry and Unit 4 at Tamil Nadu. Our Units have the latest and most sophisticated machines incorporating world class technology for the production, inspection and quality control. The storage and transportation of all varieties of paddy from various centers and near the Delta harvesting area by our own transportationis maintained. Head office + UNIT 1 (100% EOU)
Unit 1 It consists of various fully integrated, 100% automated rice milling, parboiling, processing & packaging plants that ensure transition of paddy to fully packed white/parboiled/brown rice , untouched by human hands. Facilities include the very latest technology in rice milling from M/s. Buhler of Germany with PLC, besides Captive Power Plants to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
UNIT 2 The Unit 2 is located in Pondicherry. Its state-of-the-art infrastructure has a distinct competitive advantage because of its strategic location in India’s paddy growing region. This new facility stands out for its strong base for rice milling, processing, packing and exports. These plants are 100% automated and fully integrated rice milling, parboiling, processing & packaging units, duly equipped with the latest paddy storage & rice feeder storage and dryers
UNIT 3 & Unit 4 These plants are semi-automated and fully integrated rice milling, parboiling, processing units, duly equipped with the latest paddy storage & rice feeder storage and dryers. Increase of Company’s in-house capacity from 3TPH to 5TPH is in progress.
